We have always been committed to continual improvement, qualifications and improving our customer services.  We have made some mistakes in the past and learned from them. It takes years to build up experience and become a skilled groomer. Through learning breed specifics, animal handling techniques, animal First Aid and many other aspects of the grooming business for example, pets in our care and our staff are less stressed.

Safety is very important. There is a plethora of confusing qualifications and now the public can check out the scheme and the register.

I am absolutely delighted to be recognized and accepted as a business who has strived to continually improve and learn all aspects of grooming and animal welfare.
